PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT

Knowing Oneself
Knowing oneself involves becoming aware of not only what one does, but also of what one is unaware of. This is accomplished by becoming aware of both what one is aware of and what one is unaware of, which entails bringing to light the largest aspect of one's own psychic life, namely that portion of it that operates independently of one's normal conscious thought and that manifests itself at night when one dreams or during psychosis when one experiences hallucinations.
Developing the WholE Person
It is the idea that people are complicated, externally impacted, and internally influenced entities both inside and outside of the workplace. Physical, social, spiritual, emotional, psychological, and professional development are the six pillars of whole person development. We must cultivate each of the six facets of who we are in order to reach our objectives and have a sense of personal fulfillment. We also need to make sure that our actions are in line with our goals and aspirations. The elements of the whole-person development's professional component will be discussed in this article.
Developmental Stages in Middle and Late Adolescence
My insight about the challenges of middle and late adolescence is pretty much inordinate. As a human person, we change from time to time. We live in an influential environment. We emerged, absorb and live through different possible encounters. Though, there are many ways to change. Our body consists of numerous parts which we learn and know to be enhancing or getting to a process where we called mutation. We grow along the lines of puberty and maturity.
The Challenges of Middle and Late Adolescence
Around the time that young people transition into emerging adolescence, their choices and challenges change to include decisions about furthering their education or choosing a career, entering the workforce, making career changes, leaving the family home, and occasionally getting married. For teenagers, middle adolescence may be a very trying time. Teenagers confront a variety of difficulties throughout this stage of development, including peer pressure, physical development, and the desire to blend in while simultaneously standing out as an individual.
Coping with Stress in Middle and Late Adolescence
Long-term stress can raise blood pressure, compromise immunological function, and exacerbate conditions like obesity and heart disease. It can also result in mental health issues including depression and anxiety, which are becoming more prevalent in young people. To cope with stress, you should make an effort to maintain a regular schedule, eat healthfully, exercise, and get plenty of sleep. Observe information breakdowns. Anxiety and other uncomfortable emotions can be exacerbated by images and stories about a disaster. You may feel less anxious if you take a vacation from the news, the Internet, and discussions about the disaster.
The Powers of the Mind
Your focus, your thoughts, and your mental images make up your mental strength. Energy is thought. They have an impact on reality despite being undetectable and inconspicuous. Your mind and thoughts are equally as powerful as the wind, which is invisible but can still be strong. There is no distinction between our body and mind. Perhaps more than you realize, your body affects your mind as well as your mind affects your body. Your health can either get better or get worse as a result of this mental and physical dance.
Mental Health and Well-being in Middle and Late Adolescence
Emotional, psychological, and social wellbeing all fall under the category of mental health. It influences our thoughts, feelings, and actions. It also influences how we interact with people, manage stress, and make good decisions. From childhood and youth through maturity, mental health is crucial at every stage of life. Being healthy and feeling healthy refers to having a broad sense of fulfillment, joy, peace, and tranquility. The adolescent should place a high priority on maintaining good mental health and wellbeing since this lays a solid foundation for a contented and healthy adulthood.
Emotional Intelligence
I consider my own areas of growth when attempting to convey my own emotional intelligence because emotional intelligence is more about skills to be learned than merely personality attributes. I discovered that emotional intelligence entails interpersonal abilities as well as the capacity to control the actions and feelings of others in the workplace. Many aspects of oneself need to be examined in order to develop emotional intelligence at a high level. The three pillars of emotional intelligence are self-awareness, self-motivation, and self-regulation. Understanding my own emotions, my own talents and shortcomings, as well as my requirements, is necessary for me to be self-aware.
